She addresses personal dynamics to improve board governance — probably the most complex and significant determinant of board effectiveness.

Still Celebrating
Adverse events have changed the way I look at winning and success. Celebrating others and appreciating my fellow travellers in life have become more important than ever. The killing of my beloved brother Tony — a very special, very kind, extremely generous and servant leader — has led me to the essence of spending time with those we care about.

Governance Review & Development
For increased effectiveness and strategic direction. I work closely with boards and staff to assess their needs and the benefits of managing change, going through transitions and achieving their mission, goals and vision. We codesign and address situations that present opportunities, threats, puzzles or pathways to something different.
Executive Coaching & Mentoring
Over 3,000 coaching delivery hours. Tesse coaches Chief Executives, Chairs, Senior Leadership and Executive Teams and emerging leaders. She offers 1:1 coaching, group coaching and team coaching — a safe, sensitive and supportive place and space to share, hear and tell your stories and experiences.
Facilitation
Our facilitation offer is unique, encouraging curiosity, inquiry and creating a space where people can have conversations that matter to them. I host inclusive conversations to explore issues, concerns or developments. We create spaces and places for people to meet, greet, talk, debate, dialogue and have conversations.
Leadership & Wellbeing Programmes
Founder of Future Focus Wellbeing and Resilience Leadership Initiative. Tesse champions wellbeing, mental health and strengthening resilience. She helps organisations create environments where people are set up to thrive, flourish and succeed — finding and nurturing talent while developing skills.
Keynote Speaking & Training
An experienced and engaging keynote speaker on leadership, governance, diversity, wellbeing and resilience. Tesse has addressed the All Parliamentary Group (APPG), chaired leadership thought leadership activities for BOND, Chartered Governance Institute and the Republic of Ireland.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Tesse is a former Senior Adviser for the Trustees Unlimited Diversity Panel and former Adviser for BOND Diversity International Awards. Her paper ‘Golden Thread written for AdvanceHE spotlights ways governing bodies of universities can attract and retain governors from all backgrounds , diverse talents and a range of expertise.
